If you’ve activated your LinkedIn campaign but don’t see any activity immediately, don’t worry — in most cases, this is expected behavior.
There are several common reasons why a campaign may not start right away. Below are the most likely causes and how to fix them.
LinkedIn actions only run during the Working Hours configured for the connected LinkedIn account.
If you activate a campaign outside the allowed time window, actions will not execute until the next working window begins.
Go to LinkedIn Accounts in the sidebar
Select the connected account
Navigate to Settings → Working Hours
Verify the allowed sending time window and time zone
If the current time falls outside those working hours, the campaign will automatically start once the window opens.
Each LinkedIn account has daily action limits for:
Connection Requests
Messages
Profile Views
Follows
Post Interactions
InMails
If the connected LinkedIn account has already reached its daily quota (possibly from another campaign), no further actions will run until limits reset the next day.
Go to LinkedIn Accounts
Review the daily usage stats
Confirm whether limits have been exhausted
Your sequence may include:
A delay before the first action
Conditional logic before execution
If the first step has a delay (e.g., 1 day), the campaign will wait before initiating outreach.
If your first action is:
“Wait 1 day → Send Connection Request”
The campaign will not start immediately after activation.
LinkedIn may require:
Reauthentication
Security verification
Login confirmation
If the LinkedIn session has expired, the campaign will not execute actions.
Go to LinkedIn Accounts
Look at the account status
If marked “Expired” or “Reauthentication Required,” reconnect the account
The campaign may be active, but no leads qualify for the next action.
Common reasons:
All leads are already completed
Leads are paused
Leads are blacklisted
Workflow conditions prevent execution
Example:
If the first step is “Send LinkedIn Message” but leads are not yet connected, the system will not send messages.
Go to the Leads tab
Review each lead’s Current Step
Confirm whether they are eligible for the next action
If a lead matches:
A blacklisted email
A blacklisted domain
A blacklisted LinkedIn profile
The system will automatically skip that lead.
Check:
Settings → Blacklist
After activating a campaign:
Actions may take a few minutes to begin
Execution depends on limits and working hours
LinkedIn actions are paced gradually for natural behavior
Outboundry does not trigger all actions instantly upon activation — this is intentional to maintain safety and platform compliance.
