When you use Lead Finder to search for and save a new lead, 0.5 credit is charged for the lead search.
Once a lead is saved, you can use additional credits to look up their contact information.
A verified email lookup costs 1 credit.
If Outboundry cannot find a verified email for the lead, you are not charged the additional 1-credit email lookup fee. The 0.5-credit lead search fee still applies if the lead was discovered through Lead Finder.
A mobile phone number lookup costs 10 credits.
If Outboundry cannot find a mobile phone number for the lead, you are not charged the additional 10-credit phone lookup fee. The 0.5-credit lead search fee still applies if the lead was discovered through Lead Finder.
Finding LinkedIn followers costs 1 credit per lead.
No. Lead Finder Credits are non-refundable.
Once credits have been consumed for a Lead Finder action, they cannot be refunded or restored, including when the requested contact information cannot be found for a saved lead.
For example:
You save a lead through Lead Finder and then attempt to find their phone number. If Outboundry cannot find a phone number, the phone lookup fee is not charged. However, any credits already consumed for the lead search cannot be refunded.
This policy applies because Lead Finder credits cover the cost of performing the underlying data search and processing, not only the successful delivery of a particular data point.
Credits are non-refundable once spent.
We do not refund credits because an email or phone number could not be found.
If a specific lookup does not return the requested data, the additional lookup charge for that data type is not applied where applicable.
Your unused credits carry forward on monthly plans.
One-time credits do not renew.
